It's the original, since she is now half replicator she is leading those replicators to help them to learn to ascend. She probably won't help the expedition because well they already think she's dead and since she's no longer fully human she probably feels out of place anyways. She'll probably never return, depending if Torri will come back. She turned down the offer for the 5th season so she won't be in it.

oh. wow i barely understood that and i follow the show. (missed a good bit of the last 2 seasons for certain reasons)

what would she know of ascension though? she's not an ancient right? and if she's part replicator then how long does that mean she's gonna live for?
